MNPS Required Permissions Forms

Please take a minute to review the online permissions portal.  This ensures that all required forms have been completed to allow your student access to MNPS events, activities, programs, and records.

If you are experiencing issues with the permissions portal, please contact the Family Information Center.

The permissions forms also are available on the MNPS Student-Parent Handbook website in multiple languages you can download, fill out and turn in at school.

Online Payments

MNPS has an online payment system for many of the fees, including entrance fees to athletic events.
