Prom 2024 Information
McGavock Prom is May 3, 2024
Location: Sonesta Nashville Airport, 600 Marriott Drive, Nashville, Tennessee, 37214
6:00-10:00 PM
Other Important Information
- No student who has been expelled from McGavock will be allowed to attend.
- Tardies and skipping will impact prom participation if in excess.
- Any suspensions starting from the second semester will automatically forfeit attendance and no refund will be given.

Below is information and a checklist for purchasing tickets and registering. Here are some frequently asked questions:
I am going to prom, but not bringing a date, which steps do I complete?
- If you are going by yourself to prom, you will buy one ticket and complete steps 1 and 2.
I am going to prom AND bringing a date that attends McGavock, which steps do I complete?
- If you are bringing a date to prom that attends McGavock, you will buy two tickets (one per person) and complete steps 1 and 2
I am going to prom AND bringing a date that DOES NOT attend McGavock, which steps do I complete?
- If you are bringing a date to prom that DOES NOT attend McGavock, you will complete steps 1,2, and 3. If step 3 is not completed or approved, you will not be allowed to bring the date to prom

Purchase your Prom tickets
- Tickets will be sold via GoFan (ONLY) – gofan.co
- The cost will be $100 per ticket.
- Tickets are on sale now until Monday, April 29th.
- No cash will be collected for ticket sales.

Register for Prom
- Fill out after purchasing tickets.
- If you are bringing a guest that is not a McGavock student, they must be under 21 and you will need to fill out this form AND the additional guest registration form. (See below)

Fill out a Guest Registration form if your date DOES NOT attend McGavock and is under the age of 21 (Due by April 19, 2024)
